Instead of just dismissing Rhaenyra, Viserys should have taken time to discuss this at length with her. Whether she's a princess or a ruling queen, she still needs to know how to govern.

Natural born leader… 😂
Accidentally picks the enemy team’s  MVP.

This whole series has “hinted” that Targaryen never really controlled their dragons. They are used more as a deterrent.

Lord Vader would not have dithered with crabs and postering.
Now there's a man who gets things done.

Corlys Velaryon is not right, though. And Rhaenyra's plan might've started a war. Lord Beesbury seemed like the only one who cared about the consequences of war for the vulnerable soldiers and civilians.

The seven kingdoms may not have ever entered open war with the Free Cities but Aegon the Conquerer sure did decimate their fleet before subjugating the Seven Kingdoms

"Send us" After Lucerys death i wonder if Rhaenyra finally understood what Viserys tried to teach her all her life. That dragons doesn't make you invincible.

'Send us' , Like mother like sons!

Viserys doesn’t actually have dragon riders to send to the Stepstones. He obviously will not send his teen daughter and Daemon is currently busy stirring up new drama. Corlys, on the other hand, has Meleys and Seasmoke on his side. So is it the lack of dragons or does Corlys just want someone else to do the dirty work? Stepstones were never a part of Westeros. The Iron Throne has no claim to them. This is why Viserys doesn’t just jump in on this war.

She was such a natural born leader she allowed her throne to be taken from her and led her kingdom into a civil war that killed all the dragons.

Even if Viserys was worried of sending Daemon and Caraxes to the Stepstones as a show of force it still would’ve been damn intimidating seeing Meleys, Syrax and Seasmoke flying above the enemy. And it would’ve been damn cool to see.

Her idea was good

Lord Corlys is superb!

"A born natural leader" shows two-three instances where she is beyond incapable of making any decisions that involve looking at the big picture

And the whole fucking thing that "otto can't control her" is bullshit. She literally says some of these people travelled 6 months to get here, how about thanking them, instead she acts like spoiled brat choosing prettiest dude insulting everyone else without strategic thought in mind.

And then people are like why more than half kingdom didnt support her.

Daemon almost died with his dragon fighting in the Stepstones and latter two of Rhaenyra’s sons will be defeated and captured in the Narrow Sea by a Triarchy fleet despite being on dragons. Dragons are not invincible and the loss of them would be much greater than losing shipping.

Sometimes to maintain peace we have to choose violence viserys
