On May 10, sports icon and equality advocate Billie Jean King delivered the #ASCJ commencement address to our Class of 2024. Her advice to students: “One thing champions – and I mean champions in sports and in life – always do is practice their strengths and continue to improve their weaknesses...Mistakes are not failures, they are feedback.”

Pressure is a privilege. Mistakes are not failure. Do not ever perceive mistake as a failure. Perceive it as feedback. Everything is feedback. Actively listen. Be curious. Be nimble. Don't take things personally and Never loose sight of your dreams. Take advantage of opportunities. Be authentic and don't let others define you. You define yourself. Struggle is a never ending process. Freedom is never really won. You earn it and win it in every generation. Now it's your turn. Be kind to each other. Treat others with how you like to be treated. Dream big. Be helpful .Fight on
