"We like the guys we have in the room" should be placed on Brad's professional tombstone when he is eventually fired by Sheila.

This organization doesn’t care about winning and never has.

For once I agree with Rico. This is years of arrogance and refusal to spend money biting them in the ass. Particularly Brad Holmes.

I understand they have paid their superstars. But, as we're seeing now, a handful of superstars is not enough. You have to spend money on the B grade players as well. Or else you'll get stuck with F grade players. And this is what we're seeing.

Brad Holmes is trying to serve up the diarrhea fettuccine

The lions will win 7 games if we’re lucky. As much as we want this team to be the 15-2 lions they’re just not. It no longer exists

I think Dans demeanor is better explained by Dan knows he doesn't have the personnel to win. He knows they're in survival/coast mode.

Same ol fords

Sol is fully back lions have no way out of this mess. Clean house coming

I think the fanbase has been patient long enough.

Window was wide open for exactly 2 seasons and Holmes refused to make the big additions teams like PhIlly ALWAYS make.

This is so sad, compare this topic to the ones they had a few years ago, beating Kansas City in KC, or dropping bombs on Dallas and winning by 30+. Those days are long gone. This is your typical, SOL Lions squad. Undisciplined, predictable, unimaginative, hard to watch, embarrassing, etc

The San Fran game broke him. There was absolutely NO reason to give the speech about "we may never get back here again", but he stood in front of those players and said that. Why? I don't care if it's true, you just don't say that. What possible good could come from that message??? I feel like he sealed their fate right there, like the newest Lion curse!

We had two years for a Super Bowl window and we blew it. It’s over.

Cracks me up how every year of my 67 years as a Detroiter, the fans, team and media are saying these guys are feared by the NFL and are going all the way. Just absolute comedy folks.

The playoff loss to washington, his OC quit during the game basically and had a new job the next day.

That was my exact first thought hearing him after that clusterf@ck of a performance

This Regime needs to come to an end! It’s over!

The coaching staff gotta step up but also what are they even supposed to do with this defense? Brad Holmes won’t make any moves and he’s hoping Dan can bail him out

May be the quickest window ever shut. And I am going to be pretty petty here but Ben Johnson was one foot out the door when they lost to Washington in the NFC DIVISIONAL game. Thats why I hate him now haha

Dan got baptized in Lionism in 2008
