tbh I feel like none of LMSY series got the attention they deserved, but specially Hometown Romance, it is the perfect example of a Rom-Com

To be honest, Ling Ling K is clearly very successful commercially, but acting-wise I still feel there’s a lot of room for growth. Sometimes the performances feel more focused on image than emotion.

To give my opinion over the Ling ling situation: WHO CARESS?? OMG who caaareeeess? let her date whom ever she wants, i only care that she kisses women on my screen, the rest is none of our bussines.
Thank Miku for always having a nuance take over this situantions.

Why are Asians fans so difficult to please. Lingling is a grown woman isn't she entitled to date. That's her personal life. She ready for love. I just think in America we are different with everything it's just acting not her real life. Lingling needs her time to herself. Love whoever she like to.

tbh i had no idea about all of this, and i saw the music video right after it was released, and ngl i kinda laughed on that crying scene cause it was definitely weird or idk, but you're right, people are literally finding reasons to hate on ling and that's disturbing thing about being a part of BL OR GL indusrtry, you get dragged by so many other fandoms, toxic people and what not

Nano started using the cats' money to pay her debts

Gaaah what a mixed feeling for Ling that Tofu passed away and the next day it's Orm's birthday 😖

I really enjoy The Air. I think the problems people talk about are overexaggerated and it doesn't bother me.

Uggh I hate the toxic fans, leave poor Ling.

18:33 you're not alone, i also felt that hometown romance did not get the hype it deserves. like yes, i've been seeing a lot of praises for the series, but it feels like not enough people have watched it. and that's a shame because this series is honestly a masterpiece. it's absolutely perfect, and i'm definitely gonna miss hometown romance fridays 🥹

It seems like GMM doesn’t even care about GL. They only care about BL series.

The people trolling/harassing Ling have to be the most unemployed people on earth! 😭🙏

I agree with you on The Air's action scenes. But in their defense the third guy might be the one Princess Blew broke the vase on his head. He could have passed out and recovered.

My only sunshine prolly didn’t reach the potential that they ‘envisioned’ becuz it contained a blatant girl-girl grape scene, which of course got some ppl upset and then they tried to say it was okay becuz the character made a mistake and apologized for it. Like saying sorry removes all guilt, what!? Not acceptable 😢

the net curtains thing baffles me, like - these things are of standard manufacture, there is almost no variation in them, and even lightbulbs have standard light factors. Ling could have been anywhere on the planet and still had those curtains and that lighting.

12:05 And in almost all GLs the "bad" or manipulative character always gets a redemption and gets away will all the gaslighting they did with just an apology

Those who criticize Ling’s crying in the mv obviously do not understand the story of the video or why she cries like that … I believe tho that the angles it what shot at could have been better but her acting was on point to me… the trolls should also remember that the directors with the editors are the ones who chose and approve the scene. Ling does the acting it’s up to them how it is put together for the viewers

I CAN SAY THAT THE SHADES IS ONE OF THE BEST GL SHOWS OR ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS IN GENERAL, CAUSE DAMNN, DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT IS THE DEBUT DRAMA FOR MORE THAN HALF OF THE MAIN LEADS, THEY DID ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOBS, THE STORY, THE ACTING, THE CHEMISTRY, THE WRITING, EXCUTION, EVERYTHING IS JUST ON POINT, AND IF I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT EPISODE 6, I WOULD SAY THAT I COULD NEVER FORGIVE OR DEFEND AMY FOR CHEATING ON THAT LITTLE GIRL AIOON, CAUSE SHE IS THE ONE WHO WAS ALWAYS THEIR, HELPING AND SUPPORTING AMY EMOTIONALLY WHENEVER SHE NEEDED HER, BUT WHAT DID AMY DO? USED HER FOR GETTING OVER SOPHIE? CAUSE ALL OF US KNEW THAT SHE MIGHT LIKE AIOON BUT NOT  ENOUGH TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP OR TO REPLACE SOPHIE!! SHE'S LITERALLY IN LOVE WITH SOPHIE, AND YOU DON'T GET IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE JUST TO GET OVER UR EX, THAT'S LITERALLY USING THE OTHER PERSON.

WELL, LET'S TALK ABOUT MY ALL TIME FAV COULE, JANENANO (PUYFAIPLOY) BRO ISTG, THEY'RE MY FAV IN THE SHOW AS WELL AS IRL, YOU SHOULD SEE THEIR REAL LIFE COMPILATIONS, THEY'RE SO CUTE AND COMFORTABE WITH EACH OTHER, I'M SO SO SO FOND OF THEM, IDK PUYFAI AND PLOY ARE JUST SO ADORABLE, BTW COMING BACK TO THE SERIES, I NEVER FELT MORE HAPPY THAN SEEING THEIR FIRST KISS OMG, BUT WHY IS IT HAS TO BE DRUNK KISS, I MEAN MANNNN, SHE LITERALLY FORGOT ABOUT IT, MY SHIP WAS FINALLY SAILING THEN BOOOM, EP 7 REVIEW, OHH GOD, WHEN WILL NANO STOP ACTING IMMATURE AND STOP LYING, I MEAN JANE LITERALLY TOOK AN ARROW FROM HER DAD JUST TO HELP AND PROTECT NANO, BUT WHAT IS SHE EVEN DOING? SCAMMING PEOPLE? WELL, WE'RE NOT SURE ABOUT THAT YET, SO LET'S SEE, BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW HURT JANE MUST'VE FELT AFTER BEING LIED TO OR GETTING BETRAYED BY THE PERSON SHE LIKED THE MOST!!

NIKKYENGLAND (BELLEARN) UGHHH MY SECOND FAV, EVERYONE GOT THEIR KISS AND COFESSIONS, WHEN ARE WE GETTING BELLEARN,
ALSO THAT BITC** SOM AIN'T LETTING EARN GO JUST LIKE THAT,

AND THEN I FEEL BAD FOR MINK'S FIANCE TOO, LIKE GIRL YOU JUST PROPOSED TO THE LOVE OF UR LIFE THEN YOU CAME BACK AND KISSED UR EX THE VERY FIRST MOMENT? MINKNALIN IS A MESS RN THESE CHEATING TROPES ARE PISSING ME OFF SO MUCH FIRST AMY AND NOW MINK! I HOPE THEY SOUGHT THINGS OUT AND ISTG IF JANENANO DOESN'T END UP TOGETHER , I'M GONNA PROTEST,
LOL.

MY SECOND FAV THESE DAYS IS THE AIR, IT'S GOING AS PER MY EXPECTATIONS FOR NOW, I'M LOVING IT, I HOPE WE'LL GET TO SEE AUTHENTIC FREENBECKY ACTING AND LOVE SCENES IN THE AIR TOO!

IDK IF I CAN RANK ENEMIES WITH BENEFITS, IT'S BEYOND THE FIRST PLACE FOR ME, IT HAS THAT SPECIAL SPACE IN MY HEART, JANJING ARE NAILING IT, THE STORY ,, ACTING AND EXCUTION IS SOO WELL TILL NOW, ALSO I'M NOT READY FOR EWB ANGST, WE'RE GONNA CRY SO MUCH!!

7:57 the amout of different writers is insane. Its so obvious that so many people had effected the show. Entire episodes feel like they are from completely different shows. Also, im not saying the editors should be fired or anything like that. But my god, i havent seen this bad of editing from gmmtv. It felt like a low budget indie gl at times. The music was like watching a ch3 gl where they blast the music constantly.

With these toxic fans.....They find a way to spin their narrative even when these actor/actresses give interviews telling their side. These amazing people are human and more than deserve to have a life. Not every narrative can be the content that fans/antifans want. Please get life and let them have theirs. I'm a Lesbian and GL dramas aren't all I consume. I appreciate any drama/movie if it and/or the actors/actresses move me to watch multiple times. Humans cab be so petty 😢💯🇺🇲
