Clairebell and love design's production quality were best this year.

Being a gay '90s kid, I could only dream about having Thai GLs or any GL ! People should not take for granted the amount of wlw representation that Thai GLs are bringing to the community

protecc jayna at all cost 😤

I think clairebell should be just as it is, one season only. It’s so good as it is, they should invest in new plot series cause let's be real thai gl industry needs original and creative storytelling

Its crazy to me that Davikah hasnt made a profit on Clairbell yet. I wonder what we can do as fans aside from just watching

2:37 don't call them fans they're creepy stalkers at this point cyber stalkers

One thing that Thai gl’s will always have that others under appreciated is the happy ending. Thai gl’s put us through the wringer, most beloved series have that one episode that you spent devastated start to finish, but you endure because for better or worse they always end up together and made it all worth it. Everyone hates the toxic parents’ unearned redemption trope, but we forgive it because the leads ended up together.

Friendly Rivalry, master piece that it was did not do that; couldn’t do that. The happy ending was implied, but technically it was open ended af and we had to piece it together and hot glue it with our own pent up frustrations from that dreamed kiss.

Western mainstream media has deeply scarred us with a penchant for killing off the sapphic characters. Thai gl’s are healing this globally communal generational trauma. They’re not going anywhere. The more the merrier, though.

Any kind of GL show is always a positive. It exhibits more representation and that is always a plus to a sparingly stocked industry.

Thailand producing 50+ GLs for 2026 speaks for itself.

sigh… it’d be a lot easier for everyone if people recognized that most of these actresses are straight and just doing their jobs. acting like normal dating news is some shocking “rumor” that needs an official statement is part of why this keeps happening. like… it’s expected, so why the shock every time? i get that fan service plays a role, sure, but at this point haven’t fans been through this cycle enough times to know how it goes?

The new CEOs who are actors too like Devika, Becky, Nur, Freen are more responsible and dedicated to their actors, works and their personal life. 😇😇 Which is a good sign for Thai GL industry... Cause without effective change Thai GL industry can destroy its own reputation in front of the world through toxicity and side effect of shipping culture 😢😢

Alkey's better not get toxic like other fandoms ....please 🥺

Don’t mess with Becky! Hahaha she didn’t study Law for fun. Go Becky!!!!!! We got your support ❤❤❤❤

12:53 that is such a daft point lol 😂 I personally believe in Thai GL supremacy but I'd never shït on someone who likes Korean GLs better. Comparison is the thief of joy for a reason and if we fall into this trap, it would only lead to more divide amongst an already divided community. At the end of the day, all we want are more GLs, so fighting over who does it better is simply daft. Although I must say that anyone who pisses on Thai GLs because their fav gl is from Korea needs help fr because, and I say this as someone who isn't even a huge Freen Becky fan, before Gap, GLs weren't even all that world-renowned. It is because of the Thai industry that GLs are so in and anyone who denies that or disrespect that needs better morals

I don’t like all Thai gl but it doesn’t mean it’s bad! Ppl are so silly. Every person has different taste and like different style of series 🤷🏼‍♂️ for example I loved Pluto, Love design , and My safe zone but others don’t like them that much . It’s doesn’t mean it’s bad

Sorry, but Friendly Rivalry isn't a GL for me. Just because someone dreams of a kiss with another person of the same gender doesn't make it a "Girl's Love story". Especially if everything else that happens in the drama is either implied or totally up for interpretation. We would have 100s more of Japanese manga classified as Yuri if that was the case. It'll take years, I'd say a minimum of 3 - 4, until Korea actually thinks about making a full-length GL drama instead of using GL source material just to write it as best friends or something equivalent if they adapt it as a drama. Lee Hyeri herself said that nobody who wants to make it big touches a role like this because it is a huge risk to destroy your career. Also, why is everyone so obsessed with production quality? Everything has to look absolutely stunning and perfect... why not concentrate on story and performance instead? I prefer a underproduced JDrama with a good story over an absolutely high end mega perfect KDrama with mid story any day of the week (example).

I love Thailand GL❤

that person has so many time on their hands. jobless energy.

Honestly these women are insanely beautiful ..I cant believe they have been existing

Nita & Minnie Congratulations

13:24 nostalgia i absolutely loved these Gls
