Colin is an amazing actor. In the car when Dakota was saying she’s dizzy & nauseous, the car pans over to Colin. For just a brief moment, Colin’s character has a smile/smirk. It’s  such a subtle expression, but telling.  He’s happy the poison is working. So much gas lighting.

Congrats!  Out of lkke 50 reactions, ur the third person who got it early on….  U would be surprised how many wno never got it (even if they noticed the drops or the newspaper clipping).

so, not sure about the gold dresses at the event, but the rest of the wardrobe was by The Row-- owned and designed by TWINS mary-kate and ashley olson.

Incredible MV — I loved the song from the start, but this does elevate the message. This makes me even more excited for her to write and direct a feature film, which seems the obvious next step in her evolution as a storyteller.

So many women have referenced how the car scene made the hair on the back of their necks stand up because they’ve been in those situations. Note that Dakota’s holding two roses at the end and leaves one on the grave. It’s meant to be left up to our interpretation, but I interpret it as her having taken Colin’s character out to save herself.

First time watching one of your reaction videos. I love your accent and your whole vibe. This music video is SO good. I've watched it over and over, each time spotting something new. The concept of Taylor's character being the first to deal with this man... like, she had all the money and power so he couldn't just walk away from the relationship because he would have to walk away from the money as well. The scene where Taylor and him are fighting and he grabs her arm, compared to the scene where Dakota and him are fighting, is so interesting because it reflects the lyrics. Taylor's character points her finger at him and is walking away and he follows her out of the room. She looked so mad and ready to end it. Dakota points her finger at him, but is walking towards him. She looks more sad and pleading, like she wants to fix things. And she keeps saying, I'm sorry. Ahh! It's such clever scene writing to go with these lyrics. ✌❤

I love that you shared how important it was to you to see an Irish actor on screen when you were young.

I’ve been watching every reaction video I can find on this video. Your reaction is the absolute best!

people just don’t like she’s as successful as she is and as happy as she is i guess

Subscribed! Your enthusiasm and energy are great, but it was the “directorial dick&balls” in your beautiful lilt that clinched it

you're genuinely the coolest, most authentic creator I keep up with. thanks for the thoughtful reaction!! 🩵

I literally thought this whole plot line when I first listened to the song for the first time it is so fitting
Also this kinda can apply to her old label as in she was the first artist to sign with her ex label but the verse clearly are tailored for this story still it quite matches that story too especially the course

Loved the energy lol im happy you got it.  And ugh I can so appreciate an Irish accent 🖤

Taylor & Dakota have been friends for years 😊

I love your reaction to this! So great to discover you from this. It was also great to hear you speak about seeing and hearing Colin in the video, and how often Irish stars' accents are hidden. It's ironic given how many bad Irish accents I hear in things!

So glad I found your reaction, you’re rad! This music video really is phenomenal. I desperately need Taylor to release a movie and a rock album 😅

It's Dakota at the grave both times and Taylor joins her in the first scene. They dress the same the whole time. Every outfit. Taylor was the heiress and he got rich from her death. People think it's about Joe. Not that he killed her but sort of. That is a really masculine house and they make it like it was her house first and most women don't love that decor

I had to Google the instrument used at the beginning (I thought it was a saxophone if that tells you my knowledge 😅) and I learned it is an "Irish Fiddle" (which apparently is just a violin but the way it is played makes it a fiddle?) and I thought, "She did that on purpose because of Colin." 💚

She’s friends with Dakota!

Awesome reaction! I just subbed! I’m with you, I can’t understand wasting my time or energy on hating! I love you philosophy!

A lot of people just hate goodness.
