Today we're back with Niklas, master butcher and farmer, at his own farm, and he's showing us his latest investment: He's put around €40,000 into the next phase of his business. There are also new piglets among his pigs, and a customer is visiting the butcher shop to have Niklas portion and expertly package his high-quality Wagyu beef. Lots of insights, lots of changes!
