GO Transit it the regional transit agency for the Gta. There's a lot to this system so in this video, I go over just about everything one would need to know about go.

You kinda miss a few other major hubs such as; Hwy. 407 Terminal & Cornell in York Region, Finch, York Mills Yorkdale and Scarborough Town Centre in Toronto. There’s also the MiWay Transitway stations at Winston Churchill, Erin Mills, Dixie & Renforth. And in spite of the VIVA Rapidways existing; GO buses do not operate on them sadly, they only run parallel to them in Richmond Hill & Newmarket
There’s also a few “major” park & ride lots and other hubs that are critical in the bus network including; Dundas & 407 in Burlington, Trafalgar & 407 in Oakville, Baldwin & 407 in Whitby, RR 25 & 401 in Milton, Brock & McLean (401) in southern Guelph/Aberfoyle, Mt. Pleasant GO, Confederation GO, Mount Joy GO, Old Elm/Lincolnville GO, Brampton GO, Pickering GO, DC Oshawa GO, Oakville GO, Burlington GO, Meadowvale GO, Aldershot GO, Unionville GO, Aurora GO, Guelph Central and Hamilton GO Centre. Eventually Kitchener Central Station will be on the list… in 2027 or if they get their shizz together
Universities & Colleges in the GTA also play a big part too: Sheridan College in Oakville & Square One, Niagara College NOTL Campus, Brock University, McMaster University, Centennial College Progress Campus, U of T Scarborough, Durham College/UOIT, Trent University, Wilfred Laurier University, University of Waterloo and University of Guelph. There are other post secondary institutions but they’re mostly accessible by local transit routes like TTC for Humber, York U, Ryerson/TMU, George Brown, other Centennial campuses & Seneca. HSR for Mohawk. YRT for Seneca King Campus. NRT for Niagara College Welland. GRT for Conestoga College. And Barrie Transit for Georgian College
You also forgot about future station openings at Mount Dennis, Confederation, Caledonia (hopefully), East Harbour and Woodbine. Also the Union-Pearson Express

I find GO very hard to figure out. I want to go from union to niagara and it seems like it’s two buses to get thete, with a change in Burlington. But the return trip is apparently a bus to Burlington then switch to the train for the rest of the trip. I think! The system is confusing and the trip planner isn’t intuitive for someone not used to the system.
