Thank you Alex for both these informative videos. Your input has made option selection easier. I have recently placed an order for a 26 Supersport here in the US ( Maine) for a US spec soft top roadster, in Silver with Dark Brown interior, and Nitrons. I'd be very interested in your opinion of the US Spec 2.0 B46 BMW powered version as compared to the 3.0 B58 motor...I'm hoping its a bit like the 289 vs the 427 Cobra.

That said, I'd love to see the bottom of the chassis, from various views, I have seen the CXV chassis side and top views, but the details from the bottom are not on line. I've been lucky to own a few cars, including a early "new" M3W. I even owned Pete Larson's "Ace #13" which was powered by a HD Screaming Eagle engine, thru a T5 transmission.

British cars are great, fun to drive, and repair easily.

Ask Malvern to drive a US Spec car, to document the differences

Good car review.
I love the design but agree the rear window is a bit too large to my liking. And yes it should be tinted. I wonder if the drop-top would be a better choice to limit the creaks and groans between body and roof? It seems a car like this is intended to be driven with top down whenever possible.😀

Bit of a special thing that Morgan, though. I can imagine owning one in my older years for those lovely Sunday drives in the countryside.

A exclusion of a manual option is a real mistake on what is a superb car. It really could be a sales success. Let’s hope a manual option is on the way.

Thank you for your two in depth reviews of the Supersport.

Living in the US the 2.0 Turbo spec will have to do. I'm hoping the 2.0T is a bit like the 289 Cobra vs the 427. Lower power, but lighter weight, better handling. This may be delusional, and I could modify the ECU to get closer to 300 HP, or ( at great expense) remotor with a 3.0 six, since the body / frame is identical. Have you driven the 2.0 to determine its roadworthiness?
So, yes, i have one on order, to be stateside before the end of year....thank you for your detailed videos

I think the engine from the Giulia Quadifoglio would have been a better choice. More characterful and special, better sounding and of course much more powerful. BMWs are nothing special… ant the Morgan most definitely very special.

Strange looks from the rear with that overly raked boot line, low slung lights and bumper detail, and the oversized rear window is awkward. Looks are everything with a car like this and for me they've missed the mark compared to earlier models. The dash also looks a little plain. The earlier cars have real charisma and this is lacking a little with this one. Build and mechanicals are perfect though.

I am not comfortable with the absence of the traditional hood louvres. Morgans are famous for overheating.

The key fob matters, my £10k Mercedes GLA has a nicer key than this £100,000+ car. Little things like that make or break the experience. This and the BMW shifter ruins this car for me. Not a fan of the perspex windows either. I also think this car need a manual gearbox and all analogue dials. It's a fine "nearly" car but not a dream car.
