Very nice review of a lens I did not know about. Thank you for pointing this out!! I only have an S5II (not an S9), although I still like really small lenses, and 35mm is historically my favorite lens. Plus the price is quite nice also. And your photos & videos clips show this is the type of rendering that I like. Thank you 🙂

It's a very good little lens. I've used it on my SL2 and Lumix S5D. No problem with it it all.

Thanks for another great video. I honestly never understood why Lumix never made smaller lenses. It seems like such an own goal. Now we finally have some options. The TTartisan 40mm is great but personally, it just feels a bit tight so this lens is a super welcome addition. I'm an old school photographer so I really don't understand the obsession with super sharpness that some people have these days. It just needs to be sharp enough.

I am currently using brightin star lens cap style len and I am loving the compactness of it. Only problem is manual focus. So I can’t wait for this. My main criteria is compact

I had the SG25mm f1.8 on my fuji and i could not trust it. The focus was off by a smidge most of the time and the lens also appeared to have blurry spots in a few spots of the frame. I think it's great that someone finally thought to make an f2.2 for size reasons finally.
