HR High School is a correspondence high school support school that opened in April 2025. It is an educational institution that aims for a wide range of careers, including obtaining a high school diploma and university entrance, by incorporating subject learning that develops basic academic skills, while also focusing on an educational curriculum that cultivates non-cognitive abilities and a spirit of career exploration through problem-solving learning utilizing both online and offline methods.

After attending NHK Gakuen High School (a correspondence high school), he passed the entrance exam for the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Letters, Department 1. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, he worked at McKinsey & Company before becoming independent. He founded "Yomisama," an online private tutoring school specializing in Japanese language, and is currently the CEO of Overfocus Co., Ltd., where he focuses on learning guidance centered on Japanese language skills.
Based on his experience of passing the University of Tokyo entrance exam through complete self-study, he disseminates methods for developing reading comprehension, thinking skills, and expression skills.
In 2025, he published his first book, "Improved Grades are Determined by 'Japanese Language'! University of Tokyo Entrance Exam from a Deviation Score of 45: 'Complete Self-Study★Study Method'" (Diamond, Inc.).

He joined NTT East in 2010 and experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake at his initial assignment at the Ishinomaki branch in Miyagi Prefecture. In 2015, he formed "O-Den," a volunteer activity within the NTT Group to revitalize organizations. The following year, he became a co-founder of ONE JAPAN, a practical community of volunteer groups within companies, mainly composed of young and mid-career employees from large corporations. He is currently a co-representative. In 2019, ONE JAPAN received the BEYOND MILLENNIALS 2019 and the Keidanren Chairman's Award at the Cabinet Office's Open Innovation Awards. In 2020, he became independent and worked as a freelance startup accelerator.
In 2021, he joined NTT Docomo, where he became the president of the Docomo Academy, the company's in-house university, and launched the Work Department to promote business development. In 2023, Docomo Academy received the Excellence Award at the Career Ownership Management AWARD 2023. I founded RePlayce Co., Ltd. in 2024.

自分は昭和生まれなので昭和の人にはまだ抵抗がある考え方かもしれないけれど、本当に仰る通りだと思いました。
聴く、読む、話すが1番効率が良い、というのは複数言語を学ばれた経験からではないかと感じました。自分も結局それに行き着いたので。
そして国語力がないと本当に現代は大変だと思います。
自分の気持ち、考えを適切に整理して表現していくことが出来ずに、職場でもコミュニケーションがうまくいかず誤解される、本人も周りを誤解する、という場面もたくさん見てきました。国語力が上がることで犯罪や孤立を防ぐ効果もあると思いますし、国語って、物や事象にラベルを貼って簡易的に整理し引き出して使うものであると思うので
物事を構築する力もつくし問題解決もうまくなると思うんですよね
とても参考になりました。
数学は論理力が必要ですが、神田さんおっしゃるようにすべての土台は国語だなと痛感しております。50男ですが今からでも国語力
つけたいなと思っております。機器とか使うにもAIに聞くにも文章読まないといけないですしね。
よほどこのやり方を信じきらないと、、、
万人に向けてやらず、商売は少数向けで高い料金でやるべき
有名な人材輩出企業で働いていたが伸びていく奴は理解力・表現力が一様に高かった。
逆に伸びどまる奴は受験レベルの国語力が不足していた。業務指導の中でスタンスやテクニックは改善出来ても、受験レベルの国語力に遡るのはなかなか難しく、理解力不足に起因するボタンのかけ違いが定期的に続いた。
結局そういう人には、それなりの仕事やらせてそれなりの評価でお茶を濁す事になる。
