To celebrate Mario Kart 8 releasing 10 Years Ago, I showcase Newer (Modern) Nintendo-Made Mario Kart Tracks that were Recreated (Decreated) for Retro Mario Kart games. For example: Hyrule Circuit from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but it's in Mario Kart DS!

Hey all! That was my bad for not including Double Dash content in this. That community is awesome, and I should’ve had some tracks in this video. Noted

Very cool idea for Shy Guy Falls, Instead of going up the waterfall you go through to entirely new cave area.

Lol everything turned into N64 looks so good, considering the original Mario Kart 64 relied heavily on badly pixelated sprites for its visuals.

It’s awesome to see how newer tracks function in older games!

My Favorite part about this is hearing the remixes made for the games soundfont

Y'know... we've been seeing custom tracks in Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Double Dash!!, Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart 8, and now there's a custom track distribution for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. When are we going to see some custom tracks in Mario Kart Super Circuit?

It ends in Ermii Kart with Vinesauce and Shrek on it. What a jumpscare.

the Mario Kart DS remakes look the best out of all of them. The Wii tracks look empty and creepy. Also the N64 remakes are pretty good.

My question is how the HELL did they manage to pull off the different laps for madrid drive?

That MK8 bowser's castle should have used the tick tock clock pendulum instead of a stationary spike ball.

How is it that this version of Neo Bowser City is way better than the custom Wii version 😭

Man, I remembered playing Electrodrome on a friend's copy of Super Mario Kart. I love that they brought it back in Mario Kart 8, as it got a MASSIVE glow-up, not that the original wasn't cool itself.

I really like how the Wii version of Shy Guy Falls changed the track layout to accommodate the difference in mechanics.

Truly makes it feel like a Nitro Course designed for that game instead of just a fan mod.

Why is there an abysmal lack of Double Dash content?

@Metasonic08 8 days ago

I really want to see more tracks recreated in SMK and Super Circuit, those are always the most interesting since they're adapting 3D tracks into 2D planes

Damnn super imprisive
Defintly the ds and n64 tracks are amazing

@toastisity 1 year ago

So we're all gonna ignore Shrek at the end?

@AndyKusanagi86 2 years ago

looking at the SNES version of Electrodrome you see how far track design has come in the series. it only sucks there's no one who could make a proper version of the Electrodrome music for the mod.
