Oh wow. I wasn't expecting this video to reach so many people so fast! Obviously, there's some points where I missed the mark here, so let me explain a little bit!

This was my first time playing the game in probably over 15 years hahaha. A lot of these challenges are typically blind playthroughs, so user error/silly moments are going to happen and I enjoy including them! It's all a part of the journey!

I try to do as much research as I can when it comes to my challenge runs, but it appears that while Cream is the slowest character in the game, this may not also be THAT bad of a combo to choose. It was for me so, take that as you will. Honestly, I didn't know that Sonic Riders goes THIS deep!

Babylon Guardian was not mentioned in this video because Canonball can't be used against him. Was kind of an out of sight out of mind moment I should have included in the script!

At the end of the day, this was just meant to be a fun video for anyone to enjoy, and it seems as though a lot of you did! I always appreciate general feedback, and will use that when I inevitably check out Zero Gravity down the road! Thanks for watching!

About that part in Sand Ruins, where you kept falling? The sand is pouring off to the side, and pushing you. You're supposed to turn in the opposite direction.

In case someone is curious, there is a Memory Editor application for the PC version. With that, you can force the game to use Cream with the Cannonball while playing the Story Mode.

This just in! cream the rabbit has died. She was building momentum and ran head first into a wall. She will be buried with her timbs.

Something that saved skates in Zero Gravity was their ability to let anybody wearing them grind on rails. Without that, they're a cool looking paperweight in the original.

Cannonball really could've used that attribute

Maybe someone already mentioned it, but the way you do tricks off ramps can allow you to access alternate (and faster) paths. One thing the game doesn't tell you is that starting your trick sequence with a front flip will make you go farther, while starting with a backflip will make you go higher.

In Sega Illusion, there is an alternate path on the second trick ramp of the course. If you perfectly time it and start with a backflip, you will go high,  trigger three fireworks, and land on on a glowing blue path over the track that is much faster than the normal way. That's probably how the CPUs seemed to always get so far ahead of you there.

Cream has always been capable of doing amazing things since her debut.

New challenge; can you beat Sonic Free Riders without breaking your back?

Sonic Riders is one of the most surprisingly complex games. Landing tricks gains you speed and air, you can drop a Tornado trap with the L and R triggers, drifting with the shoulder buttons. You cant be afraid to drop Air for boosting, especially if youre close to a ramp. Tricks rule the roost in terms of skill. The items sometimes help, but really youre looking for rings and Air.
Also i think the stats on the Extreme Gear are just added to your character or it averages out

Something you didn't seem to catch throughout the video - There are two kinds of jumps off of ramps, long jumps and high jumps. Long jumps are by holding forward when you jump, and high jumps are by holding back. Knowing which to use where is central to accessing several shortcuts. Also, if you time the launch right you can get a consistent X Rank on ramps that allow it by going Forward-Side-Side-Side.

Also, Gambler is an easy contender for the worst board in the game for the simple reason that it strips your Type so that you can't use the rails, flight rings, or break Power props. It goes beyond no benefit (within the race, it does double your Ring payout if you place high) into active detriment.

Cream has the lowest top speed (Limit) tied with half of the cast. Not only that, but her Power and Cornering is one star lower.
Tails is close second, but his cornering is slightly better than Cream's. And Rouge was also supposed to be a choice, but her power (Off-road I think) is slightly better.
The two robots are theorized to be "The worst characters stat wise", but they can't use Cannonball, and they're definitely NOT worst either.
And people say that Eggman was bad, but you can clearly see that Eggman was smoking everyone in some of the races.

It has no handling whatsoever and the stunt levels are almost impossible with it).
