A rare case of a video game adaptation doing so much differently, staying faithful in other ways, and making almost all the right choices.

I love how this adaptation completely blindsides us by Episode 3. We are expecting a one-to-one adaptation but by taking that detour, it creates a rare unpredictability for the rest of that season since we don't know what else will be changed.

The show certainly has its issues, but I'm glad it exists. And as a wise man has said numerous times, "Every movie is someone's favorite" (CinemaWins), and that applies to TV shows, books, and games as well.

You’re right about Troy Baker being everywhere. I didn’t know until a month ago he plays Batman in LEGO Batman 2 and 3

13:27 I don’t think it’s a hive mind. Real life fungus have a network they communicate with. Called Mycelium. It’s basically a shroom internet. Like we’re a hive mind cuz we use computers and phones and radios to talk to each other.

I'm always looking forward to a new upload from you!

By the way you got me into watching Peacemaker. I wasn't sure how I would feel about it but it's actually freaking hilarious and a great watch.

I understand the bad reviews of the second season, but this first one I absolutely loved. If they make a third I hope it ends properly like the game

As someone who never played the games (damn PlayStation exclusives), I loved this season.

Bella Ramsey's acting is absolutely phenomenal.

Arbys beef and cheddar (add bacon if you're feeling fancy) and curly fries. You won't be disappointed

19:25 yes I love Arby's, in highschool I used to eat their greasy pizza sliders all the time

As far as season one goes I have no issue with Bella Ramsey, the performance wasn’t perfect but it’s rare we get one of those anyways, they were way off in season two tho, with the self admitted lack of research into the character, and physically I feel like they looked far too young, maybe that’s just me tho 🤷‍♂️
