This is legendary

I love how Ron is always smiling, every single video you see of him Big Ron always has a big smile.

61 and 78, You guys are my Heroes and Motivation as im 38. 💪🏿💪🏿

"Everybody wanna be a body builder but ain't nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weights".  - R. Coleman

I can only imagine these 2 working out together in their prime.

Two kings. One gym. Zero ego. Just pure legacy.

Arnold is 78 and still training. Perfect. So many from the old era have already passed away. Ed Corney, Mike Mentzer, Serge Nubret, Franco Columbu, and others.

Arnie complaining that big Ron is always trying to outdo him. hahaha love it! Mad respect to these two legends.

Man with Ron's condition, its incredible how he still has the motivation and a big smile all the time. Arnold is a beast for his age! Both phenomenal bodybuilders!

these guys taught me that no matter what happens in life, the gym will always be there for you <3

Ronnie is in the worst condition physically let alone for someone who loves to lift, yet he’s positive, does what he can and still smiling and having fun working out, THAT is strength! Big Inspiration

They may be a little older now; but these two will live forever💪

1:45 you can feel the motivation on that kid in the back just for having two of the most legendary bodybuilders in front of him

Arnold's form is great. No head movement, wide arms, really puts alot into it even if it isn't a heavy weight.

I met Ronnie in 2003 when i worked at a Gold's Gym in Long Island. A friend of the owner knew Ronnie and invited him down. He stopped at the desk and we had talked for about 5-10mins. He was such a down to earth guy. He told me about being a Texas Police Officer, answered some workout questions i had, told me a few things about off season versus competition days. Even signed a copy of Flex Magazine for me. He was still in his prime then, busy schedule, still made it a point to stop and have a nice conversation with a random college kid at the time. His personality is  infectious. All the best to you Ronnie

The way Arnie interacted with the 2 teens was incredible. That's a true Super Hero!!

Two hulks! Classic footage.

Coleman came from humble backgrounds and never forgot were he came from...

two legends immortalized in body building history 💪

They made those 2 kids’ day! So kind!
