A grown-ass man in 2020 gets flustered by Elvis performance...imagine the reaction of a 14 year old girl in 1958 ;-)

FUN FACT: Elvis himself choreographed this dance.

BTW I am 61 year old “hip” grandma who used to club real hard. I enjoy seeing someone appreciate all types of music as much as I do 🙋🏾‍♀️

The day you learned Elvis was the original pole dancer.

@tamera402 6 years ago

If Elvis heard music, his body reacted auto-matic.

Back when this movie was made, the general public was not familiar with " stripper" poles. Many fire stations had poles so fireman could skip the steps in an emergency. That's what the public thought about the pole in the movie. Times have certainly changed.

Elvis had it - whatever IT is - he had it by the truckload.

@annasaylor3566 6 years ago

That's why people called him " Elvis The Pelvis ". He was great

Women went crazy for Elvis! No one had ever seen a man move like that in public!

@Stranglethroat 6 years ago (edited)

Yeah, this is young boy Elvis.
This is the guy who reinvented music and set the whole world on fire.

I hope you do more younger Elvis, and especially the 68 comeback special, dude was SMOOTH in that concert.

@trudywolfe2795 6 years ago

Nobody will ever be as cool as Elvis.

@longboxdime 6 years ago

"Elvis the pelvis" is his stage name🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪. Damn, Toledo is like 40 minutes away! My midwest brother!!!!!

Jailhouse Rock, a great song and a decent movie in my opinion.

@Gutslinger 6 years ago

"Elvis the Pelvis" is a good stripper name. Though that's actually one of his nicknames. 😆

He died before I was born, but I still became a fan in my teens :) (90's) he had something special

I mean really.... how can a person not get up and dance to this song. He's hitting it so hard .Elvis is definitely one of a kind.

@trudywolfe2795 6 years ago

Look at those hips. Nobody moves like Elvis.

@tss694 6 years ago (edited)

‘Somebody throw him some dollars he’s doing alot’.... 🤣🤣🤣. Way back when they would only show Elvis above the waist because all that hip swinging was too suggestive for TV. Oooh baby! 💥💥💥
