Says gravity can’t be ranked higher than 8 bc it’s basically a purple pallet swap but then ranks the phazon suit number 1, seems legit

Never let bro cook again

Am I the only one who Loves the design of the PED suit

You’re actually wrong about the PED suit, it changes 4 times throughout the game due to Phazon corruption (and yes the last two include the hazard shield)  and it looks quite different by the end. Imo the final version looks very cool with a dark purple and light blue aesthetic combined with an angular design and elevates it to number two for me behind the light suit

I think the dread power suit is honestly one of my favorites. The white and cyan is so sleek and pretty. Samus wears white really well.

Whatever your opinion on the Light and Dark suits, I feel like future Samus Armour designs official or fan-made should take the risks Prime 2 specifically did in terms of making wholly unique suits because Prime 2’s suits to me just feel the most stand out of the series while also making Prime 2 as a whole into an aesthetically standout entry in the franchise.

Of course, I feel any official designs should take into account both the story purpose and environmental aesthetic of each suit.
Finding the Gravity Suit underwater just feels oddly perfect due to that purple colour scheme.
You get the Dark Suit in the middle of the game where the threats pile up with the Dark Aether air still being toxic to Samus, where the Light suit is a relief from all that and a hope for Samus to defeat her dark counterpart.
Then you have the Metroid Suit looking all gnarly because, while it is this source of great power, it is also chaotic and indiscriminately destructive, putting Samus in jeopardy when she wants to use her ship to escape, of which such attributes are reflected in that gnarly design.

The PED suit is my favorite. You putting it last, I took that personally.

I personally think Metroid Dread's Gravity suit is SUPER underrated! I just looks so clean!

Huge missed opportunity to shit on the Varia Suit from Fusion.

I actually quite like the Dark Suit because it has Luminoth colours and aesthetics

I feel like the dread power suit is supposed to be an evolution of the fusion suit, its got the same organic webbing look in the blue portions

The Gravity Suit in Dread is by far the greatest suit in the series.

Never let this guy rank again

>PED suit at 11th
💀Never cook again twin 😭🙏

"oh boy I hope the PED suit is a least 4-5th position!"
-"the PED suit looks garbage, last position"
"...aw.. :( "

PED+Hazard Shield, Phazon Suit, Metroid Suit, Dark Suit and Light Suit look damn good imo. Huuuge vibes. Can't get over the nostalgic and eerie vibe the Light Suit has

I love the knee spikes of the light suit

i love every iteration of the dread suit varients, the added white around the middle and the sinewy exposed muscle like texture from the healing aftermath of fusion just look amazing, i just wish the metroid suit was useable in ng+ even if only visually

❤ Power Suit, so awesome. Sleek and lightweight. It should be the suit for mobility and speed (more likely players would use it more often because of that) but I don't like how when a new suit comes on that becomes a default. She should be able to switch between suits given the situation (both automatically and by choice) like morph ball. I consider that a different suit. Varia suit for volcano level and fire attacks immunity or Gravity suit for water or (if the game designers want to include) anti gravity ceilings resistance. This concepts can include many more suit design for special features. Maybe somthing uniquely cool like the metroid suit

I completely agree with these rankings.
