let me know what your favorite moment was from this incredible season!

Biggest regret learning to walk instead of following this season

To this day, the 2007 college football season was the most enjoyable one I have ever seen.

South Carolina was 6-1,& they were #6 in first BCS standings.
They proceeded to get beat by Vanderbilt 17-6 , They finished 6-6.

Kirk Herbstreit infamously called these games “cupcakes” on GameDay right before the game lol

I’ll always watch every year when someone makes a new video about CFB 2007. It legit happens every year.

The 2007 season should be an ESPN 30 for 30 episode

This was the best season of college football ever. You will never see this level of parity anymore :/

maaan I remember how cursed da #2 ranking was dat year

As a Duck fan the Dixon injury hurt my soul

The 2007 College Football Season was the Greatest of all Time and in one word Chaos

The era of everyone rocking original Revos and Schutt DNA’s. Absolute favorite

Because of the 400 team playoff they keep expanding, we will never get this. Back then, EVERY GAME was a playoff game....

I can’t believe UGA is barely mentioned in this video.

If Kentucky is able to kick a field goal in OT against Tennessee, UGA—which had the longest winning streak in the country at that point—goes to the SEC championship against LSU. UGA went into the final week ranked ahead of LSU and OSU, and multiple teams ahead of them lost, but the committee leap-frogged the SEC and B1G champs over UGA, who didn’t play that week.

This is also the year Stafford and Knowshon beat Florida and the whole team danced in the end zone.

"The Mountaineers have just beaten the  Michigan Wolverines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I went F#$king nuts. :face-blue-smiling: 2007 college football was when you could watch games on TV no subscriptions just the antenna. I miss those times when you could just watch for free.

I aint never fina forget how Cal started 5-0, climbing all the way up to #2, only to finish 7-6 and be garbage ever since

No mention of  Hawaii with Colt Brennan?

The expanded playoff, mega conferences, and constant transfers will make it hard to ever repeat the 2007 season. The pressure of everyone fighting for two spots, smaller regional conferences full of close rivals, and players playing for their school and teammates instead of just themselves. I was fortunate enough to be an App State fan in the Big House to witness the start of it all.

As an LSU fan I’m just happy the season ended the way it did! Thanks Illinois!

Hard to remember, an D1-AA team beating a RANKED team pre-2007, was viewed as about as impossible as a 16 seed over a 1 seed upset.
