Urahara didn’t tell what his Bankai can do. Really one of the smartest in Bleach :_lmao:

Because he realized Urahara loves strong women

Personally I dont his Banki has a range. I think that was him being smart and misleading about his abilities. Mainly because of Grimmjow coming in by stitches of his banki.

Askin is insanely powerful and on top of that he is intelligent, he understands his powers, Urahara's bankai isn't that well suited for combat, had Grimmjow not interfered Urahara would have have died

Urahara is litterly jack of all trades and also master of all

9:40 but that "range" of his Bankai was also a trick, there was no range (or range was bigger), that's how he did last preparations before the Grimjaw appearing.

However, Urahara was with the others when Gerard transformed. Even if he stepped away to head to Yoruichi's location, he still needed time to heal Grimmjow and give instructions to Nelliel—all without knowing the nature of Askin's powers.

I might be nitpicking, but even for the smartest man around, I don't see how he had enough time to do all that.

Or perhaps he really is a man genuinely capable of such feats. No wonder he was classified as a Special War Potential.

Haven't watched the vid yet but my interpretation of when Kisuke pops bankai on askin goes like this.

Kisuke instantly lures Askin into thinking his bankai has a range, (it doesn't or its alot bigger than just a circle around kisuke) he does this so he can safely let his bankai do work in the background while he's chasing askin down in order to bring Grimmjow into the barrier and end askin. Urahara wasnt trying to land a killing blow himself

That's crazy about the bankai name being a reference to looking down at the world when, I forget where it's from, but it was stated Aizen was related to "gazing at the heavens" and this is even shown in the most recent outro in a rather literal manner

I think his bankai is perfect...considering what urahara can do without bankai....reconstructing the reality , it is something that absolutely matches his personality and charisma....
He's definitely among the greatest characters ever written....

@1:00 you will never get a better ratio than 80/20.... there is an 80/20 rule in math that talks about it.

Makes sense that Urahara would want to be taken out as a villain by Ichigo and company, they represent the ideological antithesis of the strictly divided world he and Yoruichi come from and enforced. Conversely it also makes sense Yoruichi would do so too since she knows how he operates and both were once assassins for a broken, decadent status quo. One killer to another killer.

i like how u called them boobs instead of breasts

Urahara reminds me in ways of Batman, or Sherlock Holmes. (In a sense, he's the nearest thing they have in the Bleach universe) He;s a genius outsider, with a lust for knowledge and a love of tinkering with things, disassemblling and reassembling them to see how they tick.

I wouldn't be overly surprised if his Bankai was a false one, and its true form was the stuff of nightmares. For one who stays behind, that all others may reach salvation, there's likely a burden of guilt that only total annihilation will sate.
Should that prove true, it's possible Urahara will have been a greater "monster" than the original Gotei 13 put together...

Am I the only one who thinks his bankai looks like Unohana?

I don't understand if Urahara could make the hole from the outside wouldn't he be able to restructure Askin's body because Askin was closer is it because Urahara has a distance limit to be able to make changes to an opponents body
He also said when he pointed out Askin's arm and Askin distances himself Urahara states that most people panic and chop off their arm that means he used it against a number of people who actually did cut their own arm off when he did that to them and he has seen that response enough times for that to be the default reaction

The cleanest,best pleasure

If I'm correct kubo has stated before tht Kisuke riding around on the stitches is what he was going for but not much people noticed in the manga

Look as long as Urahara lives I'm cool with all this

bro where is the reaction
this week's episode was soo peak
i don't think there could be better thing in existence
