Apologies for the silence this last week - I was working on this! This is the one of the biggest videos I've ever put together: a curated, in-depth recap of Cours 1 - 3 of Bleach: TYBW! Covering the story from across all 40 episodes so far, this bespoke recap is designed to get you back up to speed, and all in under an hour. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for the support.

MrTommo: “Summary time.”

Also MrTommo: “Grab some snacks and a drink. You’re gonna need them.”

Respect for the length and summary Tommo. So excited for the next months.

Can't wait for the full version once Cour 4 is fully out.

I've read this arc several times over, and rewatched the anime as well. Regardless I am still going to  watch this video from start to finish.

I'm so excited. I've been a Bleach fan since I was a kid thanks to an uncle who introduced me to this wonderful series.

Tommo once again out here doing the Lord’s work making my commute so much better. Thanks as always for the hard work.

In defence of Mayuri he wasn't blaming the head captain, it was Yamamoto who summoned him and blamed him for not asking permission before executing that district and went ahead to say things would have played out differently if he only asked for permission. My guy had had it at that point and had to point out that he already warned the head captain about the Quinces since the appearance of the Ryoka, and he also remembered that it was Yamamoto who actually failed to kill Yhwach 1000yrs ago.. so to Mayuri he is thinking "How dare you try to pin this on me". Which is very understandable from his point of view

Love all the effort you make into your videos.

Can't say this enough but I'm so glad you've been popping off with all of these Bleach videos over these past few years, especially these super good and cozy summary vids. You're one of the big reasons my love for Bleach has come back as strong as it has and this is another piece of that ^^

I really like what the anime made of reishi here. It really is visually a powerful force that give the Quincies a ultimate edge

I can't believe you recapped the entire arc in uder an hour.

11:25 on a personal note I love how Kenpachi is being taught Zanjutsu the same way He unintentionally taught Ichigo. Being killed over and over again...I could hear Kenpachi telling Ichigo "How are you still alive, I swear your heart stopped. And...why do you seem so much stronger now then before? Best part for me personally is that its all done, and Kenpachi is so dense I doubt he actually thought about that or compared that experience to his fight with Ichigo. Then it also makes me think about Yachiru says to Kenpachi when the fights over, that Ichigo "cheated" because he was drawing his power from his sword and working together... In hindsight, its almost comical, being told by your own zanpakuto spirit that using its power in battle is cheating or somehow not a fair fight. The look Kenpachi gave though told us he wasn't exactly convinced of that, and that Yachiru was just making an excuse to why he lost. Everyone seems to remember and point of Ichigo saying "What are you" to Yachiru as foreshadowing, but I don't think as many of us thought about how similar Kenpachi awakening Nozarashi was to Ichigo awakening his zanpakuto during his fight with Kenpachi. It was nice to see it go full circle.

It’s the final countdown. See you all next weekend for one last ride!

Until the potential arc that shall not be named adorns Kubo in a mighty armor, wrought in the forges of ____, impenetrable and unyielding.

I still can’t believe it. It really is happening. In just a few days.

What a journey it’s been. It’s been a pleasure to walk it along all of you

An Ember Island Players style recap to listen to while working? Yes, please.
