After roughly SIX weeks of trial, Lindsay Clancy’s defense centered on the argument that she committed the acts but wasn’t criminally responsible because of postpartum psychosis. Now, after the mistrial, her lawyer is arguing there isn’t even enough evidence to prove she committed the killings. 😳

How do you go from ‘she did it, but she wasn’t responsible’ to ‘there’s no evidence she did it’?

She’s guilty… no question. Why is this dragging on? Lack of evidence? When she regained consciousness after the event, her first words were, “Do I have an attorney?”

Defense is being belligerent and keeps contradicting himself. He erroneously said that the dissenting juror "robbed" the other jurors of time, but he is just now bringing up a claim of no admission and lack of evidence. Shouldn't he have brought that up in the first trial? 12 jurors were all under the impression that she admitted already...His claim after the trial is like saying he wasted weeks of 12 people's lives, 1 of whom is in hiding and needs witness protection...he is ridiculous.

Somebody is responsible. 3 young, healthy children (who anybody would have been happy to raise) do not simply just die so violently and aggravatingly...

They're not pawns or proxies. They are the love. They are the justice.

I thought that if the suspect was at the scene of the crime and their DNA was found on the murder weapon, then there's a high likelihood that the suspect is culpable.

Only  in America would she   be able to go around and around on this issue in court.    Until our court system finds it in their heart to find Justice for these three little angels.who  earn to angel wings before their time

That Action (by jumping) shows, she realize / knew she was doing wrong.  
Please, this was a horrible decision she made.

Hello, I’m just now tuning in. I haven’t had time to watch it. Anyone, what’s going on in this court proceedings! I see the name of this young lady but, what did she do?

Why does the defendant get to wear a cute outfit n wear make up just perfectly right n why does she get to comb her hair to perfection).  When her  Childrens right .to even get a chance to pick out their outfit to even go to school.  Or  dress up for Christmas family Christmas card portraits .. they don't get a chance to put on their clothes to go outside and play...n come home with slightly dirty clothes or even a little bit of mud on their shoes ..all of those choices were taken away from them.   Because of decision that their mother made

She omitted that she killed her kids !!!!! DUH !!!

I'm not taking away from the seriousness of mental issues.... All the energy in all the money that she's spending on making sure she doesn't receive a death penalty. Or life without parole). All that energy n time  she's using on making sure she doesn't receive life without parole...... She should have used that time and energy you making sure her children were safe... Even if it meant for her to put them up for adoption... those 3 Children would have a chance at life.. to play and run and live a regular life like everybody else should
