Why the Empire NEVER Travelled Beyond the Galaxy
At its peak, the Empire controlled millions of worlds, commanded tens of thousands of Star Destroyers, and had weapons capable of destroying entire planets. Yet despite all that power, it never once attempted to conquer beyond its own galaxy.
That wasn’t a strategic choice. It was fear.
Hidden beyond the edge of known space was a threat so dangerous that even Palpatine, a man obsessed with total domination, chose to build inward instead of expanding outward.
This is the real reason the Empire never tried to conquer other galaxies—and what happened when that threat finally arrived.
