I left Glasgow, Scotland to fly to Bangkok, Thailand with Emirates which included an 8 hour layover in Dubai. This qualified me for Dubai Connect which means I had a free visa, accommodation, meals, data roaming and shuttle to and from the airport! Also some tips and tricks to make your connection easier :)
