Always take your own water on long flights, I always do. Much easier than having to ask for water the whole time

I always buy a couple bottles of water to take on a flight ✈️ as it's advisable to stay well hydrated especially on long flights ✈️ as it helps with jet lag symptoms the next day. Plus I'm diabetic so need to well hydrated anyway. Just back from 2 weeks in Lanzarote the weather was glorious 😎🐫🌞
