I recently purchased a Porsche Boxster 3.4S 987.1 from auction. It had the classic bore score symptoms, smoking and tapping. It's a massive gamble, but sometimes these are 'normal' Boxster symptoms. Join me on this adventure as I try and see what the problem is. Have I royally screwed up, or will it be a simple fix? Let's take a look.
I really wanted this particular car because of the colour and spec, a rare sport edition in Malachite green. This car will be a keeper whatever happens!

I have a 3.4s 987.1 (speed yellow) and a 997.2 C2S - the boxster is more fun per mile and better balanced than the 911 of the later era….
Good content for us even though it has been done before on YouTube.
Hopefully you come across a cheaper option than the usual ones.👍🏽
