Kinobody's program could use some work. What's your thoughts?

I tried his greek god program and his fasting methods, it was simple enough to follow for a newbie like me. The fasting method wasn't necessary according to the program. I was always looking forward for workout days for 8 months. I got results I thought I can't have. But then, I tried to look for more "better workouts" that took out the fun in workouts, I diets I can't even follow. I eventually lost interest in working out. That was two years ago. Now I had returned to the simple greek god program - its simple and sustainable. At the end of the day, what works works no matter how many bashers.

The reason why the frequencies low is because the intensity is high it's a tradeoff. For average lifters and Joe's. This can work surprisingly well especially if you're in a slight calorie deficit. So you can lose fat.

Looks like you read the description of the program then had a donut and made this review

I’ve done the program for 6-8 months after I had been lifting already for 5 months, I got results and built a lot of strength which helped me progress to other programs

To all my friends who are deadlifting in their apartment and want to maintain a peaceful relation with neighbours, please use 6 inch foam plyobox so as to reduce the sound

I really like that you talked about the volume and frequency balance

Lol I’ve been intermittent fasting since 2014. Ive done 4 or 3 workouts a week the whole time. Everyone of those are fasted workouts. I was at 200lbs in 2014 at about 25-30% bodyfat, lost about 25 lbs down to 175. Built back up to about 15lbs of muscle to 190lbs at 10% bodyfat. I hang out here pretty much right where I want to be. Still fast whether in bulking, cutting, or maintaining. It’s very easy with fasting. I’m 40 yrs old now. So it definitely works. Maybe not for everyone. I can say I pretty much eat whatever I want now and don’t really have to worry anymore. That’s doing Greg’s programs and Mike Mathew’s bigger leaner stronger for some of it. Throw some deadlifts into the Greek god program and it helps a lot.

The amount of volume for muscle growth varies from person to person .A person with 10 years experience will handle more volume then a person with a year of lifting experience. Someone with a little experience will gain muscle just by walking through a gym .

Great video! This is a solid analysis, and as your title suggests....an honest review. I enjoy physical fitness, exercise, strength training, and martial arts, but I'd hardly call myself a fitness YouTuber who knows much about health and exercise. I like your video quality and studio setup as well. Keep up the good work, I just found this video (youtube suggested videos). Like - 41 and subbed
