Sean Connery slipped into the role of Indy’s dad like it was nothing, he was the PERFECT actor for this!!!
Rest in Peace!

Only James Bond could be the father of Han Solo.

The cutaway from Indy bragging about Marcus' skills to Marcus wandering completely lost in the streets is one of my favorite bits of comic relief ever.

The actor who plays Sallah also plays Gimli in Lord of the Rings 😮

So in real life, Harrison Ford has a scar on his chin. They did the bit with the whip in the early part of the movie to reflect that. When young Indie goes against the lion.

Dying laughing as you missed the 1912 title after talking about missing the 1935 title in Temple of Doom. Also missed the young kid calling him Indy. Chatting right through the exposition.😂😂

The line by Connery "she talks in her sleep" was an ad lib 😅

River Phoenix had Harrison Ford's mannerisms down pat.

"That´s the cup of a carpenter"

Harrison Ford worked as a carpenter while taking small film roles. He worked on film sets and also did carpentry work for many screenwriters, directors, and producers. He met George Lucas while installing a door for Francis Ford-Coppola.

Indiana Jones was really named after a dog. George Lucas named the character after his dog Indiana, a big Alaskan Malamute. Indiana was also Lucas's inspiration for Chewbacca as he rode shotgun in Lucas's car.

You can leave, but you can't take the chalice with you. Without it you can't sustain your immortality.

Goose-stepping is a specific type of military marching step.

And there was never another Indiana Jones movie ever...

For an academic, book burning is anathema. Hence Ilse's expression.

The Last Crusade is definitely the best one. You can't beat Sean Connery as his dad. My favorite part is always when he finally calls him Indiana, so I'm glad Nick caught it. 🙂

In case you didn’t notice when young Indy cut his chin with the whip, that was so it would match up with Harrison Ford’s real scar on his chin. The opening explains how he got his fear of snakes, how he got his whip, and how he got his hat.
