This is an incredible community I've stumbled upon here!

I've been reading through the comments this evening, and I'm a bit speechless actually.

Love & Light to you all.

Very insightful reaction!  This was done back when Ren had no money.  The budget for HI REN was approximately 200 pounds.  They found the wheelchair in a junk heap, they borrowed the lamps, and they snuck into this basement without permission (and got tossed out by the landlord after only 4 takes).  It currently has 65 million views.

Ren finds you when you need it

What a wonderful bunch of comments from the Renegades! Thank  you family!❤
Easy to be kind when wr see someone of obvious sensitivity  appreciate  the artist we have griwn to love. Hi Ren was my intriduction 3 years ago this month. My Reniversary is Feb10th. The date memory shows how impactful it was to me. You won't  get judgement here99.9% of the time. We have to allow fir the odd unstable person😂.
Such a long time isolated with undiagnosed untreated Lyme, Bartonella  and various autoimmune conditions including brain damage has left Ren with a unique viewpoint and compassion expressed in his rare talent of expressing universal feelings through music.
Welcome!
I'd  like to recommend Chalk Outlines live with Chinchilla for some spectacular singing.

Ren tends to have that effect on us, no apologies necessary! I'm glad you watched this one, it's such an important piece of art.

Thank you for sitting with this so honestly. What you said about recognizing the voice and how that can be the first step toward regaining control really landed. That kind of awareness is powerful, and also deeply exhausting, just like you described.
The dedication to your brother-in-law was especially moving. That quiet acknowledgment of how tired he was says so much.
Many people say they found Ren at exactly the moment they needed to. His work seems to give language and a voice to people who often feel overlooked or unheard. Your reaction shows why that matters.
Take the time you need. This was real.

Thank you for reacting to Hi Ren - it’s quite a lot isn’t it? This is what music without rules sounds like and there’s so much more to discover ❤

It’s rare to find an artist who impacts the soul as deeply as Ren. His work provided the breakthrough in acceptance that I spent years looking for in therapy. Even my psychiatrist was impressed by his insight and has integrated it into her practice!
I thought I was 'desensitized' to Hi Ren reactions, but seeing you so visibly moved caught me off guard and brought me to tears. Your analysis is one of the most accurate I’ve seen. I’m thrilled to see Ren on your channel! If you continue exploring his work, I’m definitely along for the ride. Your analysis is incredibly perceptive, and I’m eager to hear your future takes.

You're not rambling at all ... this was one of the best reactions to Hi Ren i think ive seen ... your explanation of the musical technicality and the fact that you were so emotionally insightful made this a very lovely watch! 🙏💙

Ren is a rising tide that lifts all ships - and he finds you when you need it. I loved your reaction.

Thank you for one of the best reactions I have seen-you seem to get him from the outset. You have quite a journey ahead of you. Our boi will make you cry, laugh but mostly think and question. He never disappoints. I am 72 now and genuinely believe that he is the most exciting and challenging artist that I have ever encountered ( and that's saying something!) enjoy the ride, it could change your life, it had mine

Mate. Huge respect. So glad you have discovered Ren. His music has touched me on so many levels. Keep going. He'll do this to you, but its always positive. Always genius and always something you arent expecting. ❤❤❤ Big love. Respect to your Brother in law. Beautiful words.

A beautifully articulated reaction. I think we all take something personal away from the first time we see Hi Ren. It’s different for everyone but the impression carries the same weight. It truly is a masterpiece of the human condition. Thanks for starting over with Ren, can’t wait to follow the rest of your journey into his art.

Ren brings out the things we didn't know we needed to process.

This was my introduction to Ren and I haven’t looked back. He is a generational artist, a gift to the world.

One thing you will find as you discover more Ren, is that he has a way of putting words to universal experiences that bring us from feeling isolated and broken, to being seen and validated. He has such a huge back catalogue of music for you to discover, but you are joining us just as hes releasing his best work to date, for sure!!! Never feel you will be judged by any of the Renegades for feeling deeply as you find your own connections to his music.... i can 100% tell you, we have ALL been there and you will have our support. Id definitely recommend you watch the tales, from the start, then circle back for the money game trilogy.... enjoy the rabbit hole friend!

Ren once said, that as he is mainly self taught, he doesn’t know the rules, so doesn’t know that he is breaking them 😊… and I think he secretly likes to break the rules 😊

Sorry bout your family member. Ren really has a way of hitting us right in the feels. Gets me vulnerable every time. ❤️ Hope you continue down the rabbit hole. There’s a massive catalogue and tbh this isn’t even my favorite anymore!

Ren requires something of the listener, as all great art does, he’s at once provocative and reassuring.

Sorry to hear about your brother in law. I think you'll find many songs in Ren's discography that speak to you.
