I love Zero and always hoped he had survived the fall to return to Ceil. I can't imagine how heartbroken Ciel must have been after Zero's death.

He's still alive.... He hid himself, to repair himself. He's out there somewhere.

Absolutely agree. Many people say there should be a Zero 5 game where Zeri returns, but it would completely crush his mythological status now. Not to mention that if people want more of Zero gameplay, a ZX 3 is more likely to happen and would be much cooler

I remember this. Zero successfully raided (Area 51) Ragnarock. At the cost of his own life.😔

I wish that, if possible, someone of the same caliber of Ciel could make another body for X and Zero and then integrate their Biometal into them to fully bring them back. Ciel, being the one to make Copy X being the descendant of the person who made Zero's new body, it would be a nice payoff for her descendant to perfect it, body and soul. If you think about it, Zero from the Zero series is proof that this is the right direction since he beat both his original body and Copy X, both of which fell short because they weren't the "real" X and Zero and couldn't pull out their full power and potential.

My dream for a ZX3 at least.

I like to think that Cyber X saved Zero by changing Zero into a cyber form as well. Later on they were 'downloaded' into physical forms and became the biometals.

Model Z doesn't just have the essence of Zero, it IS Zero. Prairie confirms in-game that a biometal contains the consciousness of the person it's based on. Model Z is Zero in a new body. Model X is X, Model L is Leviathan and so on.

Fu*k still bring tear in my eyes remembering mmz4

It was not just his helmet it was his core and spinal cord ect he done died epicly

This story is fucking horrifying.

Megamen X4 -> megaman zero -> ZX. Remember little reploid girl in resistance base that's always hugged stuffes bunny? She then become the commander in ZX, if u talk to her, she eventually gave a hint about Ciel. Zero dead in zero 4, gave me the same feeling when Zack died in Crisis Core.

What about a precuel of ZX where ciel find zero's core and create the biometals a true model Z and they merge meaning they finaly stay toghether

Zero will always be the best character in my opinion. ❤️‍🔥

Well Omega returned in ZX somehow right so there's that.

He hid himself while he repaired himself

this is why Zero is the favorite of my big brother

Zero did not die he changed but his were about are unknown

hes officially categorized as status: Unknown in the official art book for the game. Never fade the micro sliver of hope

Ciel somehow finds corpses/fragments of X,Zero and 4 guardians, using their DNA she creating Biometals,Biometals lost all their memories about past life

Everyone died, the end
