Fold both edges of the dough toward the center.
Brush with melted butter.
Fold the dough into an envelope.
Place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Repeat the same process with the second piece of dough.
This sheet of dough will be the top layer.
So, we'll make a pattern on top to give it a beautiful texture.
Cut four thin strips on both sides of the dough.
Place these strips on top of the dough, layered side up, and gently press them down.
Place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
The first dough has chilled in the freezer, so we can roll it out.
Set the rolled-out dough aside.
Now roll out the second piece of dough.
Roll this dough out slightly larger.
Roll the dough onto the rolling pin to make it easier to place on top.
Now lay out the first rolled-out dough.
Spread the ground beef filling on top.
Moisten the edges and gaps with water so the dough seals well.
Cover it with the dough wrapped around the rolling pin.
Seal the edges and gaps well.
Brush with egg wash.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cut along the sealed edges.
Place each piece on a baking tray.
Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes.
Now let’s brew some aromatic tea.
Red basil.
3 lemon slices.
Let it steep for 7 minutes.
And our crispy little samsas are ready!
We made 36 pieces in total.
And the tea adds a special touch.
Its aroma is simply impossible to put into words.
I’ll leave it to you to judge the taste.
