deathbattle reactions are typically how I find new ppl to follow honestly

That high quality image of Tea was likely from the Dark Side of Dimensions movie

I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but the vocals in the fight song were sung by Jason Paige, who sang the original Pokemon theme song from the first season.

Since you’re doing these now, you should watch Gurren Lagann vs White Lantern after you finish Gurren Lagann.

Also, next should definitely be Bowser vs Robotnik

I mean, Horakhty effects is literally "When you summoned this monster, you win."

They got the original singer from the very first season for this track, which just makes this fight even more hype

Here's a list of episodes I think you'll like:

YOOOO!!! My favorite show on the Internet!! Fun fact, these guys were hopping from studio to studio, ultimately ending up owned by RoosterTeeth for quite a while (and in my eyes, I find it incredibly ironic that the least controversial show RT had was Death Battle, a show literally designed to be controversial); and then RT was shut down by Warner Bros. What was going to happen to the show was up in the air, and the fan base was understandably worried (Season 10 had been the best season yet), but then it was announced a few months later that, after so many years of running the show, they were able to buy it back themselves and now officially own it for the first time in over ten years.

The Kickstarter to help fund it was funded within twenty minutes and when it ended, it came out with a grand total of 740,000 DOLLARS. The show was brought back and we've been riding high ever since.

I apologize for the word vomit, but this show means so much to me, I hope you react to more of it. I'll leave a recommendation list below, I hope you enjoy!

-Trunks vs. Silver
-Bowser vs. Eggman
-Simon the Digger vs. Kyle Rayner
-Ichigo vs. Yusuke
-Goku vs. Superman (either the first one from 2013 or the new one from 2023, just not the second one, for the love of God)
-Bill Cipher vs. Discord
-Ghost Rider vs. Spawn
-Shigaraki vs. Mahito

I'll likely add more to the list should you keep reacting, thank you so much!

the HD Yu-Gi-Oh clips are from Dark Side of Dimensions, the most recent movie

I'm surprised no one mentioned this, but the song that's playing during the fight? It's sung by Jason Paige, aka, the singer of the original Pokemon theme song. They really brought out the stops for this fight.

I think I echo many of the Death Battle fans here, would love to see more reactions

25:13 its from the movie dark side of dimensions

It's all fun and games while thinking you've won until your opponent yells "You activated my trap card!".

10:44 And just like that, we are brothers.

This definitely ruined a lot of childhoods LMAO. I can't wait for you to check out some of their other battles. Simon the Digger vs Kyle Rayner is considered by many in the community to be one of their best🔥

The soundtrack they used was completely original, made specifically for this episode! It's titled Millennial Monsters ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-l8S8OAycNs ), and features Jason Paige on vocals; the same guy who sang the original Pokemon theme song for the English Dub! The lyrics even include a cheeky reference to it!
"Master of my legacy!
Legendary, I know you know me!
Are you still seeking that power inside?!
Through every hard won victory,
Words you said made history!
Who on earth could challenge me?
Still searching far and wide!"

25:17 "In what episode does she look like that?"  That's actually not an episode.  That's a scene from the Yu-Gi-Oh! movie, "Dark Side Of Dimensions".  Same for the clip at 27:58 used for Dark Magician.

One of my new favorite vtubers watching DEATH BATTLE? love to see it.

Fair warning if you continue with this, some fans tend to get very "passionate" about some of these matchups and their results so i say just enjoy these for what they are
