Dime a Dance is a 1937 musical comedy short featuring a remarkably early screen appearance by Danny Kaye, alongside Imogene Coca and June Allyson.

Produced by Al Christie for Educational Films Corporation of America, the film also features Hank Henry, Barry Sullivan and Johnny Johnson's Orchestra. It was distributed in the United States by Twentieth Century Fox.

Made several years before Danny Kaye became one of Hollywood's best known comedy and musical stars, Dime a Dance offers an interesting glimpse of his early screen career. Imogene Coca would later become equally well known to television audiences, while June Allyson went on to become a major MGM star during the 1940s and 1950s.

This surviving 16mm sound print has been scanned frame by frame and the original optical soundtrack carefully restored while retaining the character of the original 1937 recording.
