Welcome to a new video about slow and mindful living in the German countryside.

Today, I invite you to spend a peaceful summer day with me. We will start with my slow morning routine: sorting and tidying up my handmade seasonal pillowcases. I’ll also show you how I sew a cozy, cuddly toy dog from soft bouclé fabric.

Then, we’ll take a refreshing trip to the North Sea coast in beautiful Harlesiel to breathe in the salty sea air and enjoy the waves. As the heat of the day fades into a cool evening, we will prepare some wholesome summer recipes — a crisp, refreshing salad and a delicious, healthy no-bake dessert. Finally, we’ll end our day together with a cozy evening tea time in the garden, right under the apple tree and next to the blooming daisies.
