THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND DEADENING | VW TRANSPORTER
In this video, we take a look at why sound deadening is so important when upgrading your VW Transporter, particularly when building a quality audio system.
We’re working on a VW T6.1 Transporter, demonstrating how properly applied sound deadening can help reduce unwanted road noise, panel vibration and rattles, while also creating a much better foundation for an upgraded audio system.
For this installation, we’re using Comfort Mat sound deadening products, carefully selected and applied to the relevant areas of the van. Rather than simply covering every panel, the aim is to use the correct materials in the right places to control vibration and improve the overall acoustic environment.
If you're considering a VW Transporter sound deadening installation, speaker upgrade or full audio system, this video explains why the preparation of the vehicle is just as important as the equipment you install.
