Vibranium and Adamantium are easily some of the strongest materials in the Marvel universe, and I have often wondered, which one is actually stronger. I mean we have all seen glimpses of what these metals are capable of. Captain America’s Vibranium shield or the Wolverine’s Admantium skeleton and claws have performed some incredible feats, and there are numerous examples that will show both Vibranium and Adamantium as insanely strong and durable metals. But, if you go into the depths and explore the features of both metals, you will realize that there are some inherent differences between the two. It is not just as simple as one metal being stronger than the other because they perform differently in different circumstances and have their individual weaknesses. And of course, the origins are completely different as well.
