I love how Arin always checks the ingredients on the packaging and winces as if he's not about to go to town on every foul machination they give him like a raccoon in a dumpster before the inevitable "It kinda slaps!"

@weeblyweeb8641 7 months ago

every single the grumps power hour involving food:
Arin: "this kind of slaps, like this is really good!"
Dan: experiences the five stages of grief like a shotgun blast

“I feel like this show needs someone to just be like “NO, NOOO” constantly”

Dan that’s… I’m pretty sure that’s you.

Crying at Dan’s pained “the weed may have played a role” at 14:25 because an edible is hitting me as we speak, and the M&Ms and cottage cheese were indeed starting to call to me like the Green Goblin mask

"Weiner Time" was actually the original name for The Grumps

15:21 Arin is a writer? That's so cool to see things like that run in families. I'm sure your uncle, acclaimed authlr Dr. Cecil H. H. Mills has been a big influence on your writing.

I never thought that I would actually see the day where we got to see the infamous cottage cheese and m&m combo in action.

7:00 In googling peanut butter stuffed onions I learned that they’re from the Great Depression, and that just makes so much sense.

The fabled M&ms and cottage cheese I can’t believe we get to see this now

Dan eating plain waffles and plain white rice finally has encountered a meal on this show he enjoys.

"have you ever been poor?" Well let me tell ya airn

@fhey7903 7 months ago

"As a writer, I needed this experience" is honestly a genius way of politely saying that something sucked.

Deep appreciation for the stop motion opening with the dinosaurs 🙏🏻❤️

13:31 Instead of being insane like Dan, just use yogurt and you’ll be delighted instead of chewing curds and emms

Another episode where Dan cries, and Arin thrives

arin: im a seasoned chef!
also arin: holds raw onion up to his eye

"This is a flavor I have not experienced before" is... a statement that can either make a chef happy or full of dread

2:05 I definitely heard "wiener times" at first, but now every time I play it back I can't hear it anymore and i feel like I'm somehow gaslighting myself.
