Very delicious and original! I added chopped apple as well. I replaced the white sugar by honey. I don't know why, but it gave a taste of bacon 😊 Very good companion of meat stuffed pasta. Thank you for this wonderful recipe! It was fun to realize because every different appearance step brings you to the final and very satisfied result.

Hey there, just letting you know I made this ragu for Christmas (I recently moved to Germany and they love stewed red cabbage but I wanted to make a fancier version hehe) and it was delicious! Massive hit with my family here, will be making again for sure ☺️
