some of these reactors "hurry up talk faster!"

like - ya'll know nothing about creating dramatic tension.

I think I have figured out why most of these people are watching the movies alone.

He gives her the clue precisely because she allows him to practice his profession with her. Brilliant. Quid pro quod. He won’t divulge anything until she lets him heal her. Such a complicated character. Amazing conception.

I'll never understand all the "ewwwws" when Hannibal touches Clarice.  He did care for her--deeply.  She treated him as a regular person--not a madman.  She was honest with him and he appreciated her honesty.  She also didn't mind yanking his chain every once in a while.  Nobody had ever dared to do that before--and lived.  And he helped her by taking her through her worst nightmare--the slaughter of the sheep and their screaming.  Very intense scene.

I'm amazed at whenever I see these mashups how many people seem to want to talk over very important dialogue that they need to hear. Reacting does not always mean filling up space with their own words. Especially crucial dialogue that ties a plot together.

Hopkins is such a menacing actor. I'd watch multiple movies and series of him playing similar characters. Even Fracture was so good.

I forgot how intense this scene is as Lecter walks Clarice through the philosophical maze to reach the identity of Bill.

That everyone is creeped out about Lecter touching Clarice - they all don't know how absolutely devastating it is even to an insane mind, to be completely bereft of a human touch and a close human interaction. Much more so since this FBI student challenged Lecter, won the challenge, lost a challenge, and gave him an attitude back.

Lecter is a psychopath, undeniably, even when he helps Clarice. He helps her, and her alone, for the sake of his own psychoanalysis of her, shes just another patient for him. And while it seems deep, their relationship is very simple, the curiosity of a man who can easily kill anyone he likes.

Today I learned the word "wheedle"       use flattery or coaxing in order to persuade someone to do something or give one something.

Funny cameo- the fourth guy that helps escort Clarice out (two guards and Dr Chilton are other three) is horror filmmaker George Romero.

The most badass dialogue (consultation) in the history of cinema, with several idiots talking...

"The world is a much more interesting place with you(and Catherine Tramell) in it."

Some of these reactors simply can't keep from talking. It's as if they think they are the main character.

"People will say we're in love..."

So creepy

Was für eine geniale schauspielerische Leistung von beiden! ❤
Masterpiece! Best movie off all time!

This is a great scene. Very important concept in police work.

The girl on the bottom right isn’t listed, anyone know her? She looks familiar

God, y'all cant STFU to listen! Cut away if you want to comment about your extraordinary insights 🙄

These kinds of people are the reason why we're full of stupidity...

Who's the reactor at the bottom right corner? Please help, much appreciated. Much love and respect.
