The entire purpose of doing 90 meetings in 90 days is for the person to find at least 1 meeting everyday for the duration. It's not about getting to 90, it's about keeping the person busy finding at least 1 sober support group everyday.

Refusing to answer, questions is disrespectful to the authority of the court and undermine the dignity of the Court

Don’t they have to report in person to probation in that state? He has a new arrest and conviction for assaulting a police officer and isn’t being held on a probation warrant? What kind of system is this anyway? WTH! Shame on this judge and probation officer

Probably the easiest Faretta hearings that judge has ever conducted!

The last Defendant did not look happy about in-patient treatment.  He was on Parole, not Probation, and went back to the drugs and alcohol as soon as he was released.  On-line AA meetings and signing up at the last minute for the counseling he was ordered to attend 5 months ago, days before a Motion to Revoke does not sound like someone committed to sobriety, it sounds like someone who did not want to go back to jail or be locked up at an in-patient treatment center.

Why isn’t probation locking this guy up already! This is sure different than in New York
