This is a huge part of the problem: weak judges!!!! After all of the time and costs this one knucklehead has wasted, not to mention that the original crime was drug related, he receives a soft slap on the wrists! He didn't even get the 90 days that were recommended by the prosecutor! I'm disgusted! 😎

Mr. Mann caused his own legal problems, give him a bench trial and if found guilty, give him the maximum punishment for his sentence. The judges were fair and professional.

This guy has more dates than a Calendar . I don't even know what the charge or charges were originally . SPEEDY TRIAL !! Apart from the fact he never showed up ever , not showing up should come with significant custodial penalty . Then says they came with the warrant and i was a good boy by not resisting !! , guess he wants credit for that ?

Some of these judges just take the whole "fairness" business WAY to far. 8 failures to appear is ridiculous. If one of these clowns is representing himself they are supposedly expected to abide by the procedural rules. But these judges just do not have the courage to arrest these people in situations like this and HOLD them until the trial can proceed.

That’s the 1st time I made it to the end! About the 4th time I tried to watch it. Somewhere in there is a Sedation voice. Probably the stopping for narration of what we just watched ourselves. That makes no sense.
