PS: Eminem's "Headlights" is a MUST after this one. It is basically the "apology/reunion" with his mother after all the stuff that happened between the two of them. It isn't "story book ending" material, but it is REAL WORLD material.

"He has some beef with his mama, I didn't know that"

There is all the proof we need that he ain't bullshittin when he said he wasn't really listening to Em back in the day lol

"He has some beef with his mama, I didn't know that."

Me: Buckle up my dude. Lmao

"Remember when Ronnie died and you said you wished it was me?" - That still gets me to this day. Parents say all kind of crazy things to their kids cos of anger or whatever issues the parent has but God damn does it affect the kid for life.

Stevie listen to Headlights, it’s about his mom and it clarifies a bit of the whole thing that happened with his mom.

“Em had beef with his mom? I didnt know that” bruh 😂

You really should react Eminem "Headlights". it's him apologizing to his mother about everything in this song.

Eminem has said of all his songs this song he wishes he had never wrote, he has paid to have this song removed from radio stations, and when he hears this song he cringes.

and I won't stop suggesting
Sing for the moment. Until he reacts to it..

That little laugh in the background when he says “she won’t even be at your funeral” (haha) is so fucking cold. Gets me every time

Since u did this song its only right u do 'Headlights' as well....right guys?

Eminem made this song for himself. This is like therapy for him when he makes songs like this. That's why his skill means so much to him. He gets it off his chest and he is generous enough to share this with the world. One of the many reasons I have so much respect for this man.

Dope break down Stevie, glad y'all chose this one.

His Mum sued him for 10 Million Back in the Day and this song is more or less his response to that Lawsuit and her "diss" track against Eminem. And yes he Pistol whipped the Guy Kim was seeing at the time in front of a night club.

“How dare you try to take what you didn’t help me to get” is a reference to a lawsuit his mom filed for 10 million because in the song Hi My Name Is he says: “My mom does more dope than i do”.
She ended up winning like 10k but after legal fees only about 1400 dollar was left

"How dare you try to take, what you didn't help me to get" - Hi Mother tried to sue him for $10m

This song was one of my ‘anthems’ I’d cling to when I was I the throes of my abusive and incompetent parents.
The anger and rage and pain that’s felt in this song are SO authentic and from his soul.
I’ll always have Eminem to thank for keeping me alive even when I didn’t want to be.
It’s dope you do songs like this on your channel!!  Much respect!!!  😌

Yeah in around 2000 - 2001, Em got charged for pistol whipping a bouncer who was fooling around with Kim. He's saying he's lucky there wasn't any bullets loaded or else he might have done some dumb shit.

Thanks for your reactions!

This jam helps me with my own birth motner issues. I wasn't at her funeral, I didn't even know she died, that she died near my bday, and what she died of...for about 2 years after. This song takes me back to her and what I went thru with her. I loved her and I wish I could of had a real relationship with her, but her own choices took her out of my life. My last words to her ever were "Woman, don't even call me ever again." 2 weeks later she went into a coma, and a few months later, her husband pulled the plug. Then he died 6 months later from what I hear. He always told me and my sisters that we wouldnt be invited to her funeral, or his, and he got his wish.  His song gave me the ability to deal, and realize even celebrities go thru hurt and pain as well.

Headlights Next

like this so he sees it!

This song literally helped me through so much in my life growing up. No one could ever understand. It’s crazy how you can relate to something.
