I hope you find these house-hunting videos interesting. I have since found out there are 5 different ones in Moscow. Perhaps I can visit some more. Ask some questions to the sales staff on site and get more details about the build process. Let me know some questions to ask? Also, if you want to follow me on social media, join me on Telegram: https://t.me/travellingwithrussell

You have been there for some years now and you know so much. We appreciate everything you show us.

I like the layout (not the kitchen, tho) of that last log cabin style. I can say, however, that I would never want to live in a log home. I worked as a housekeeper, and one of the homes was a log cabin. Beautiful home. I quickly learned why they wanted a housekeeper. Every one of those logs collects dust on the top surface, and one of my jobs every few months was to dust those "walls." This meant carefully placing a tall ladder around each room to be able to dust the higher logs. Regular dusting of a home is understandable, but cleaning that home was on a whole other level of work.

Ohhhh, I love the idea of a display village for houses! I really enjoy going into model homes. This would make it so easy to get a sense of various styles and build-qualities that you can basically compare right next to each other, rather than traveling from one side of town to the other to see different ones. Thank you for sharing!😊

Absolutely the last one! Felt spacious and comfy! Very interesting Russell! See you in the next one!🎉

Very good to see another episode of these show houses. I think my 'choice' of those you showed would be the last one!

I'm an Englishman living in a house outside Moscow. Houses here are MUCH cheaper than what you'd get in Europe and more spacious with a larger property. But most houses here are built like crap (unless you can buy high end which most Russians can't). You end up having to spend a lot more money on getting it tip-top to ensure it lasts for years.

The display village looks as if it was Japan 😅. Interesting idea to display available designs on offer like that. Gives much more idea of the "feeling" of the house than seeing a projetion on a computer's screen.

Thank you! I enjoy the house tours better than the apt tours. This model home park is great. I'd love to walk around and tour all of them! 🤓

Thank you Russell, I am learning a lot from you about Moscow.

I'm glad you didn't cut the video down too short. That was a beauty mate! I'll be contrary and say I liked the second last house the most. The flat timber boards looked great and would be easier to clean than the rounded logs in the very last house. 🙂

Thanks Russell, fascinating, i think for me, the first house and the log cabin style were my favourite, i wasn't sure about it at first, but it was so cozy and had a homely feel.
Thankyou for all you do.

In USA they are called 'Model Homes'

Thank you for another great tour!! Love these homes. You saved the best for last. Such an efficient way to choose and design a comfortable home. The quality of construction appears to be very good. Would love to choose a home like this instead of the cookie cutter houses they build in US subdivisions. We call them vinyl villages. The homes you toured were much more interesting. The banyas were fabulous too.

These houses and cottages would sell well
In canada. I have made few comments on ur last vlogs on these type house etc. Wasn't meant to be negative, just that the bathroom set ups are different than here. Other than that like these houses and cabins.

The first house reminds me of the mountain homes in the US. This home would be a perfect rental for friends and families vacationing in our many mountain destinations.
