Don't forget to show some love in the comments for my wife. Who again sorted out a viewing of another house-and-land package. This time, at a very new development. Also, a 2-level house. A more traditional family home. If you didn't see the previous video, with the single-level cottage homes, check it out here: https://youtu.be/gjdnyDI5hJY

Hello from the US

This one ticks many boxes: spacious, high ceilings, a lot of rooms for living and storage, a modern kitchen, including a checkerboard bathroom floor. Amazingly surprising. Thank you Jen and Russell for your hard and relentless work.

Nice but I like a house that doesn't look like hundreds of others in the same area.

Thanks for the housing tour. A big thank you to your wife for coming up with these homes. Russell, I think your wife is hinting very loudly that she want a new home. You know what they say, happy wife, happy life. Good luck to the both of you.

Pretty in Pink. Your wife stood out in all of the brown and green surroundings. Thanks again for the informative video of a Russian home. I like the large windows of some of these at 6:08 reminds me a lot of Banff Alberta mountain homes.

Thank you, Russell and Evgeniia, for finding and showing us this new housing region! (Russell, I hope I didn't mess up the spelling of your wife's name too badly. I'm going by memory from the prior video.)
Yes, I could live there. I like the layout of the home very much. That said, my personal preference would lead me to the single story home of a couple of days ago. (That may be because I no longer need as much living space as in the past.)
God Bless

I really like the other housing development as well. The one close to your present apt
