Babcock has always had absolute immaculate comedic wit. Of course he'd say something like that. "Didn't give them a touchdown."

Didn’t give up a touchdown is a fucking Soundbite and a half

Vanouver is no longer the worst team in NHL, they just beat the Flames. They are second worst.

tbh, Messier is probably as big of a POS as Babcock, maybe just not as creepy. Messier is lucky that Vancouver wants to just forget about him because they probably could drag his name through the mud harder if they wanted to.

Babcock is a bad person but goddamn he is charismatic. I can't wait for him to get the Keenan treatment (Win Cup, get fired).

Messier is throwing stones from a glass house. He was notorious for being a bully to teammates. He is a loser and has been for quite awhile.

You can tell the Oilers are doing good under Babs 😂😂😂

Here within 30 seconds of posting is absolutely crazy

Babcock is not the problem, it’s the gm making this team

I hope he says it at the start of every presser until the next time they give up a touchdown

Messier calling Babcock a bully is hilarious when he himself is a friend of “Iron” Mike Keenan. One of the most notorious a**hole coaches ever. Not to mention how he forced both the Rangers and Canucks to boot existing coaches in favour of Keenan. Like John Shannon said after, Messier’s just looking for attention and loves to put himself in the spotlight.

It was funny in that self-deprecation kinda way  😂

its weird that when they play a good defensive game the goals disappear. They still have the offense, and the chances, they just don't capitalize on them. I have no idea why.

Oilers will always find ways to score. It’s on Mike to create a defensive system they can understand and then hold them accountable to it and it has to be from McDavid down. Walman needs to find consistency and elevate his game. If depth players can find ways to contribute or at least not hurt the team by being out there Mike should have an easier time with managing McDavid and Draisaitl minutes keeping them fresher for shifts. Podkolzin keep being Podkolzin, ya beauty. Improve penalty kill from last year. Goaltending becomes easier to assess once you have a more solid foundation in front of the net. Bad turnovers and guys left open in the slot will expose the best goalies. 2 on 1s, breakaways and shots from the blue line and controlling bounces and rebounds is where goalies need to stand tall.

The sociopath has some charm. Not surprising.

I’m a Canucks fan and I’m just saying that this is surprising me because it is not even close to what I thought it would be this season lol but I still don’t expect anything from this team and it’s just funny 😄

In a world of bland press conferences, I appreciate some funny lines! Glad Levi was better last night

You failed to mention Mitch Marner and his thoughts as Babcock being his "Head Coach"

I mean half of the top 6 is out on injury, the oilers are basically running on three fourth lines and AHLers. The team is unrecognizable, I'm surprised they're winning anything lol

Idk if the third and fourth liners will get hit as hard as Jarry might cop it lol, poor Jarry
