Hi Thomas, another instalment from Sutton Place, one if my favourite areas of NYC.  I Prefer the the older style buildings they have so much character. In the UK I prefer old victorian & georgian properties to the new builds. They are buiot to last, larger space & gave larger gardens. ❤

Wow, what a fascinating tour Tom, couldn't believe it when I saw the runtime! With your financial knowledge of NY, I'd love you to do a specific video from your perspective on the crash of 2008!

My Uncle and his wife lived at 420 E 55th st in Sutton place until they died. They lived there for decades. I remember walking to Alexanders dept store when i was a kid. Im 69 now. They had a co op. She retired from United Airlines was a stewardess. He worked in Textiles. They died millionaires. Traveled the world. It was a beautiful area. I miss going there. They had a 1 bedroom gally kitchen. It was 900 to 1000 sq feet. After a couple days ya could get claustrophobia.

I love Sutton Place.. Quiet, beautiful and clean. I’m not sure if you are aware, but 6 Sutton Square  (the townhouse with the unique front door) was recently listed for $20M. A video of the interior appeared in my IG algorithm.
