Interesting. Nice to see, but I'll take my isolated spot in the Catskill mountains with my attached wood workshop.

I can only take sitting & looking at pretty surroundings similar to staring at a lovely sunset for so long before I want to be engaged, during my retirement, in what gives me enjoyment & fulfillment such as building a one off cabinet, or a stained glass project. Unless I had the shop space I'd be selling at a loss just to have what is important to me & perhaps no one else.

On the other hand I have a friend in Staten Island that previously lived on City Island. He would not give a hoot regarding having a shop & would be equally unhappy living as I do.

What homes need the least work, for the money, in NYC?

In Chelsea, do people typically get their groceries delivered by Uber or Instacart? I saw those bicycle Amazon trucks. Do they deliver Amazon groceries?

Why would they not want central air? I would think they wouldn't want the window units.
