How long did the  total process take?

Super helpful, thanks 🙏

Hola! Tengo una duda, se podria cambiar los semimanillares y ponerlos debajo de la tija? O habria algun problema

Shows shows you torquing the bolts but no mention of the specs.

Pointless servicing any fork unless you fully wash out the cartridge, there's more crap in there than u might think, valves should be stripped & all shims need to be cleaned.

Hey, I made mistake while removing and I need help. Manual says "dont remove the rebound damping adjuster from the damper rod, or fork damping force will be changed". I lost position of my locking nut and now I cant get it right....

Got a 2003 F4I trying to remove my forks, what brand of front wheel stand do you use?

Great video. And I’m so glad you showed using Honda OEM stuff. I ended up rebuilding twice because I went after market the first time around and the top bush was too slightly too large. I knew better when driving it in but damn it was nice out and I wanted to go riding. Worked for a single season before leaking again. This time around though the upper bush was so stuck in there I ended up after 2 days trying everything fabricating a holder that would allow me to use a bottle jack to push it apart. Pure misery but finally got it without bending the tube or damaging the legs. Felt like a total idiot the whole time. Next time your customer comes in talk them into a race tech gold valve and change the springs if they are American sized. As you probably noticed the factory spring is way too soft for a bigger fella.

Hi, thats a great video and great work. I have a cbr6000F3 1997 and im thinking about checking my front breaks and maybe those fork seals. You think it will be a smiliar way to do stuff like you did in your F4i?

My bikes twin, I gotta have this done by someone that not me haha seems like a lot of special tools I don’t have the money to buy
