This better be in the animated show

I love how the exact second that Cad says "I cast Calm Emotions," Beau immediately chills out. It is so fast, Marisha was really in the moment with Tal.

Comedy gold.  Proof positive that improv runs deep with the group.  Taliesin suggesting a scene, Sam giving it fuel, Marisha running with it, Travis becoming her “yes and” man, and timely “audience ideas” by Matt & Liam.  15mins of solid entertainment.

Beau and Fjord are usually the Parents of the group, and this is what happens when they're unsupervised.

the cut to leprechaun sam in the middle saying "SOUNDS LIKE METH!" literally got me so bad.

Friendly reminder that Travis Willingham is the CEO of Critical Role.

The CEO.

In Beau’s defense, Cad cast three different spells on her all at the same time. That would fuck anyone up.

"Caduceus like took me in an alley way and then told me, that he was gonna make me my best self." "I assumed you could hold your shit, I'm so sorry" Some of the best lines of this.

When you leave Travis and Marisha unsupervised

I think Marisha probably would have been happy to be a super-spy with a slightly crazed look on her face, but then the rest of the party focused on Essek. That was clearly where the metaphorical main course of the plot stuff was, which meant she and Travis were suddenly the B-Plot, so she seamlessly pivoted into being the comic relief for the rest of the scene, and it was glorious!

This is some Grog and Scanlan level of shenanigans

This is peak D&D. This is improvisation. This is collaboration. This is "Yes, and..." This scene has cosmic chaotic dumbass energy, Marisha and Travis were in rare form. What an amazing experience. I love this show.

10:59 Beau's little giggle is the cutest!!!!

Both of them starting to dance as cover as Fjord sang "The Ruby of the Sea" had me cackling

I love friendships where both are smart and capable people on their own but when you put them together they are the equivalent of "My last two braincells" Fjord and Beau are those friends.

Something about the way that Travis is turning his shoulders instead of his neck is hysterical

In campaign 1, it took 3 spells to open a door. In campaign 2 it takes 4 spells to call a meeting.

"its so much weirder receiving one of those messages...at least she didn't ask me if I was pooping"  the messages adventures at the end are just so great.

Honestly, Beau/Fjord siblings is one of my fave relationships 💖

Can we all agree that Marisha's outfit and acting this episode was insanely good?!
