Tour of the 87m² apartment designed by Due Arquitetos for a newlywed couple in their first apartment. The property, which was old, underwent a complete makeover to meet the residents' needs and create a more functional, comfortable, and welcoming home.

The kitchen was the area that underwent the biggest transformation. The laundry area, which was previously larger, was integrated into the kitchen to expand the space and allow for the creation of a peninsula, which was one of the client's great dreams as he loves to cook. The living room was also expanded by integrating it with the small balcony, creating a more pleasant space for entertaining friends, with a comfortable and cozy seating area and a coffee corner, one of the resident's passions. In the bedrooms and bathrooms, the choice of a neutral base allowed for a functional renovation without major investments. In the home office, the existing cabinet was wrapped and given a new look. The guest room also received a neutral base and was designed to eventually become the baby's room. In the master suite, the project made excellent use of the available spaces and created a well-planned walk-in closet, bringing more organization and practicality to their daily routine.

With 3 months of planning and 6 months of construction, the result is a completely renovated 87m² apartment, with intelligent space-saving solutions and environments designed to accompany this new phase of the couple's life in their first home.
