An excellent apartment, well located in the city. Ideal size for my clients' family, but with a 30-year-old look, everything very old and some things even impractical, like the laundry room. We renovated everything, updated the decor and the logic of space use, and now it's been a year since this lovely family returned to their brand new apartment.
